Gate Pass will offer a free version of the platform for all residential communities. To support the continued development, maintenance, and operation of the Platform, Gate Pass may display advertisements, sponsored content, promotional offers, and business recommendations within certain areas of the application.

Advertisements may include products and services relevant to residents, such as home maintenance, healthcare, cleaning services, electricians, plumbers, local businesses, insurance, financial services, restaurants, grocery providers, moving services, and other community-related offerings.

Where possible, advertisements may be personalized based on general information such as the user's city, society, language preference, app usage, or interests. Gate Pass does not sell users' personal information to advertisers. Personal information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, visitor records, chat messages, or payment information will not be shared with advertisers without the user's explicit consent or where required by applicable law.

All sponsored content and advertisements will be clearly identifiable within the Platform. Users may also have the option to subscribe to premium plans that provide additional features and may reduce or remove advertisements, subject to the applicable subscription plan.

Gate Pass reserves the right to determine the placement, frequency, and type of advertisements displayed on the Platform while ensuring they do not interfere with critical safety features, emergency notifications, or essential community operations.
